Czech born artist Veronika Benoni studied and graduated from the Leningrad College of Arts and continued to undertake classes at the USSR Academy of Arts.
Veronika and her husband spent several years designing and making jewellery for top jewellery stores in Leningrad and Moscow. In 1994 they moved back to Prague and in 1998 they established their Benoni School of Painting and Graphics.
Veronika is very much inspired by the architecture of Old Prague and the childhood conversations she had with her grandfather, who was an architect, also remain a strong influence on her work.
Painting with acrylics and embellishing areas with goldLeaf, Veronika creates an array of textures and depth of colour in her paintings.
